Republic Capital Group served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pathstone in its combination with Willow Street, a $35 billion trust company based in Jackson, Wyoming.
Willow Street, founded in 2005, provides trust administration and fiduciary services to ultra-high-net-worth families through its Wyoming-chartered trust company. Its six partners are becoming Pathstone shareholders, and Phillip J. Harrington, Jr. continues to lead Willow Street as Chairman and CEO.
The combination brings Pathstone’s team to more than 335 professionals, over 150 of whom are shareholders, across 16 offices, with combined assets under advisement of approximately $75 billion.
