In 2024, John Langston, and his wife, Candace Langston, established a permanent endowment at The University of Texas at Austin, renaming McCombs Business School's Wealth Management Center to The Langston Wealth Management Center. This elite program educates students, builds partnerships with the Wealth Management industry, leads academic and applied research, and facilitates community outreach. These four areas, housed within a top-ranked business school, bridge the academic community and industry partners and change how the world invests in its financial future. Where Purpose Meets Leadership- Led by Candace Langston, The FEW Collective is an exclusive, invitation-only community designed for elite C-suite women leaders who seek deeper purpose in both their personal and professional lives. Through transformative connections, strategic development, and personal encouragement, FEW equips high-caliber women to lead with authenticity, impact, and a legacy-driven vision.

Republic established its annual More than Money Awards to recognize firms within the RIA community that engage in exceptional charitable, community and/or education related activities. While we seek to support the business goals and aspirations of our clients first, we believe it is just as important for firms to utilize resources to benefit the greater good. By recognizing these firms, we seek to both support their efforts and encourage others to find ways to support their own communities. Our 2023 Award recipients were Alti Tiedemann Global, Allworth Financial, CAPTRUST, Creative Planning, Greenspring Advisors, and Cardinal Hayes Highschool's Financial Empowerment Program.

Dream Center NYC is a nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity and supporting underserved families across New York City, with a strong presence in neighborhoods like Harlem, Queens, and the Bronx. Each month, its Community Markets distribute free pantry staples, clothing, and diapers to families in need, including many in public housing, while its Partner Pick-Ups program supplies dozens of local churches with food to stock their own community pantries. Altogether, Dream Center NYC feeds more than 9,000 New Yorkers every month, and through the Hunger Collective, it delivers more than $1 million in resources annually to its community partners. Beyond food distribution, the organization has expanded its reach through its New Neighbors initiative, welcoming newly arrived migrant families with hygiene items, food, and a supportive space for parents and children alike. Since 2022, the program has served more than 180,000 individuals.
