Intrua Financial is a Houston, Texas-based registered investment advisory firm.

Larson Financial Holdings, headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, oversees $3.6 billion in client assets across real estate, public market stocks, and alternative investments. The transaction marks the first of eight deals the firm expects to close by year-end as it continues expanding its network of registered investment advisory firms nationwide. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed; Larson Financial Holdings will maintain a majority interest in Intrua going forward.

Alongside the announcement, Larson named Mitch Wood — previously COO of Counsel Wealth Management, which Larson acquired earlier in the summer — as president of its Larson Network Services.
