Stratford Consulting is an RIA firm located in Addison, TX, providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management for high-net-worth individuals, with approximately $618 million in assets under management. The firm was led by Managing Principal Susan Schildt and Michael Hemp.

Creative Planning is one of the nation’s largest Registered Investment Advisers, managing approximately $48 billion in assets across all 50 states. The firm provides a financial planning-led investment management approach, including retirement planning, estate planning, trust services, tax advice, and family office services.

Republic Capital Group served as the exclusive advisor to Stratford Consulting in its transaction with Creative Planning.
