Prabhakar Reddy is a seasoned executive, investor, and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience supporting founders, boards, family offices, and institutional stakeholders. He specializes in technology-enabled growth, AI-driven transformation, and enterprise value creation, with deep expertise across wealth management, financial services, and adjacent technology sectors. His perspective blends strategic advisory rigor with hands-on operating leadership, enabling clients to navigate consolidation, digital disruption, and increasing regulatory and client complexity.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Stride Growth Partners, Prabhakar advises and invests in founder-led and VC- and PE-backed growth companies, with a particular focus on wealth technology, regulatory and compliance platforms, and AI-enabled financial services. He has advised companies on growth and inorganic M&A strategies that have driven significant revenue expansion and successful entry into new client segments, including RIAs, broker-dealers, family offices, and institutional markets. His work consistently helps management teams refine strategic positioning, clarify growth narratives, and translate technical differentiation into durable enterprise value.

Previously, Prabhakar co-founded Naya Ventures, where he helped raise and deploy a $20 million venture fund alongside global co-investors, working closely with portfolio leadership on product strategy, go-to-market execution, and enterprise positioning. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO, President, and Operating Partner for PE- and VC-backed technology and services businesses, leading scale, recurring revenue growth, and large-scale digital and AI-adjacent transformations across financial services, healthcare, insurance, and other regulated industries. He has also served as a Distinguished Executive-in-Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and an undergraduate degree in engineering.
