Mr. Bianchi serves as Senior Advisor at Republic Capital Group, where he brings over 15 years of investment banking and advisory experience to the firm’s work with wealth and asset management clients. Philip also serves as Founder of nFleXion Capital Partners and as an Advisory Board Member at Syntax Data, roles he has held since 2024.

Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Bianchi was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2022 to 2024, advising clients across the financial services industry. Before that, he spent four years at Goldman Sachs within the Asset & Wealth Management Investment Banking group, from 2018 to 2022.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Bianchi spent over five years in the Investment Banking, Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch, from 2013 to 2018. He also served as an Associate at Freeman & Co. and at American Capital in Bethesda, MD, and began his career as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear Stearns Companies and as a Mortgage Associate at Argent Mortgage.

Mr. Bianchi received his M.A. in International Economics/Relations, Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
