Mr. Gallant joined Republic following his role as an Analyst at Riveron Consulting, where he specialized in private equity value creation. During his tenure, he supported a range of strategic initiatives including finance and accounting diagnostics, FP&A modeling, and technology optimization. His project experience spanned multiple sectors, including construction, aerospace and defense, agriculture, and financial technology—giving him a broad and nuanced understanding of operational and financial drivers across industries.

Mr. Gallant brings a strong foundation in analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration, with up-to-date expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques that support high-impact decision-making and execution.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.
