Ms. Belede joined Republic Capital Group following her internship at Stuart Investment Advisors, an Austin-based registered investment advisor. There, she supported investment analysis, client reporting, and CRM optimization, contributing to operational efficiency and portfolio insight. She also gained experience in talent strategy and student development through her work in the Recruiting Operations Department at the McCombs School of Business, where she assisted with candidate evaluation and program support.

At Republic Capital Group, Ms. Belede has focused on deal valuations and transaction analysis, applying insights from behavioral finance to enhance strategic recommendations. She has conducted market research and compiled competitive intelligence on asset management firms to support business development initiatives and client engagement.

Ms. Belede is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Corporate Finance with a Minor in Wealth Management at The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business. She brings a strong foundation in financial analysis, a keen understanding of investor psychology, and a growing expertise in the dynamics of the asset and wealth management industry.
