Isaac Urichko brings more than eight years of financial services experience across capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, and investment management.

Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Urichko served as Manager of Capital Markets at QTS Data Centers, a Blackstone company. During his tenure, he played a central role in the company’s rapid expansion, leading capital raises ranging from millions to multiple billions of dollars across corporate credit facilities and delivering strategic financial insights to leadership.

Before QTS, Mr. Urichko was a Senior Manager at Driven Brands, where he led acquisition and disposition initiatives and built a team focused on market analysis, valuation, and pipeline development.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Urichko was an Investment Banking Analyst at Truist Securities, advising financial institutions and real estate clients on high-grade debt and preferred equity offerings across U.S. and European markets. He began his career in investment management, supporting fixed income and multi-asset class portfolios for public sector clients, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.

Mr. Urichko graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship, where he held multiple leadership roles as both a student and alumnus.
