Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Gerig was a Real Estate Private Equity Junior Analyst at LCN Capital Partners, where he focused on investment origination and underwriting for sale-leaseback transactions and assisted with investor relations activities. Gabriel brings strong analytical rigor to his role, with experience in credit underwriting, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.

Mr. Gerig also served as a CIB Commercial Real Estate Summer Analyst at Wells Fargo within the Multifamily Capital Group, where he worked across origination and credit underwriting and supported the MBS Trading Desk.

Gabriel received his B.A. from Harvard College with a concentration in Economics and a secondary in Government. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude with an A.A. in Biology and Chemistry from Palm Beach State College while in high school.
