Mr. Jaeschke serves as Senior Advisor at Republic Capital Group and as President of Republic Aviation, where he leads a diverse team delivering solutions across all areas of private aviation, including jet sales, acquisitions, finance, management, charters, and company mergers. Republic Aviation maintains a strategic partnership with Republic Capital Group, and in this role, Buddy provides unique guidance and support to clients participating in the private aviation space.

Prior to joining Republic, Mr. Jaeschke served as a Corporate Pilot and Charter Broker at FlyTru from 2019 to 2024, flying as a Captain on Gulfstream G200 and Learjet 45 charter aircraft. He also spent nearly two decades as a Diamond Distributor with AdvoCare, from 2001 to 2019.

Mr. Jaeschke brings 12 years of distinguished service in U.S. Naval Aviation to his leadership approach, with experience spanning Combat Aircrewman and Anti-Submarine Warfare Operator, Recruitment Specialist, and C-20 Crew Chief/In-Flight Engineer roles. He is an experienced operations professional with a demonstrated history of leadership, coaching, risk management, asset protection, team building, and finance across complex industries.

Mr. Jaeschke received his degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Stephen F. Austin State University.
