Republic Capital taps health care services exec as partner

RIA investment bank and M&A advisory firm Republic Capital Group has recruited a health care services executive to serve as a partner and managing director.

Amy Cunningham joined Republic this month after a decade with Christus Health, a Catholic non-profit health care system based in Texas. Cunningham was most recently a succession planning manager at Christus, also serving as a talent management and education consultant with the company.

‘It’s been an incredible journey on the talent development and culture team, where I’ve had the privilege to contribute to impactful initiatives and support so many wonderful colleagues,’ Cunningham stated in a LinkedIn post on the move. ‘I look forward to this new adventure and the opportunities ahead, while carrying forward the valuable experiences from my time at Christus.’

Formerly headquartered in Houston and now based in New York City, Republic Capital Group provides both buy- and sell-side M&A advice to wealth management firms.
