We strive to be advocates for the wealth managment industry and to be active participants in its development and success. One element of this partnership approach is Republic’s work with private alternative investments and merchant banking activities. We connect and introduce bespoke and direct private alternative investment opportunities to RIAs and help them develop and execute private investment strategies. Republic can provide transitional equity or debt capital to wealth managment firms encountering a unique opportunity or challenge. We seek to fill gaps in the marketplace for capital needs that are not readily available to firms. We leverage our operational and transactional capabilities to assist these firms as a bridge to their ultimate capital partner. We also invest in Wealthtech firms that have capabilities to serve the RIA community.
